We have divided our Operations mainly in 5 divisions:

Woven Shirts Division

• This division caters to Casual and Formal shirts clients.
• Currently we are handling approximately 4 million pcs per year volume in this division.
• The main production center for Formal shirts is Dhaka and for Casual shirts depending on minimum quantity and the value addition it can be sourced from India or Bangladesh also doing in china.
• In Dhaka we are currently working with 6 –7 units mainly for this division thus concentrating efforts to monitor and control output quality better. All those units we have fixed 4/5 lines which are occupied by our production all the year round.

Light Knits Division

• This division caters for the requirements of mainly circular knits and polar/micro polar fleece based garments. For example T-shirts (basic and printed) , Polo shirts, Tank top, nightwear and sweat shirts
• The Fabric for all these items are now produced from Bangladesh only and thus lead times are cut down.
• We are doing approximately 2.0- 3.0 millions pcs per year in this division.
• We are working with 7 units to cater to current requirement in Bangladesh.

Bottomwear & Jackets Division

• This department is currently doing approximately 700000 pcs of bottom wear for European and U.S.A clients from Bangladesh and china.
• Now Bangladesh is becoming self dependent in some of the 100% cotton fabric ranges which enables suppliers to offer shorter lead times. As regards the 100% Nylon and Taslan ranges basic fabric with various different types of coating can be sourced locally (Grey Fabric is imported from Korea/Taiwan/China then it is dyed and coated locally as per requirement).
• We are currently working with 6 vendors for this division in Bangladesh.

Sweaters / Pullover Dvision

•We are currently handling 400000 pcs annually in this division; this includes 70000 pcs 100% cotton sweaters produced for summer season.
• The products in 100% acrylic / acrylic blends with wool / cotton, 100% cotton, viscose / nylon can be sourced locally. For the other fancy yarn import options are available but dependent on quantity and lead time on hand.
• We are currently working with 7 vendors in this division in Bangladesh.

Each of the divisions is well equipped with qualified merchandisers and quality control teams.

Documentation Division:

We have a logistics and documentation team to assist our clients in post-shipment process by giving the below services,
• Provide the pre-shipment schedule declaration to client’s to take approval.
• Provide the stuffing details to client’s as per approved schedule
• Provide the mother vessel loading confirmation to clients.
• Doing follow up the export documents either its ok or not as per L/C term’s.
• Checking goods reaching on time to customer ware house or not.
